Channel Letters.
1. Trim Cap channel letters
"Standard trim cap channel letters are the most common type of channel letters. They have a simple design consisting of individual letters made from aluminum. The aluminum comes pre-painted in many standard colors or can be painted to specific colors. The letters have a translucent acrylic face that is attached with a trim cap over the edges of the acrylic face. The acrylic face can come in many standard colors or have translucent vinyl or print over it. The trim cap is usually made of aluminum and is shaped to fit the contours of the letters, providing a clean and finished look. It comes in many standard colors to match the aluminum or acrylic. Letters are illuminated with LED lighting, which is mounted inside the letters and shines through the translucent face. This type of channel letter is popular for its professional and clean appearance, as well as its versatility in terms of font, color, and illumination options."
There are three options for mounting channel letters. The first is to mount the letters directly onto the storefront with wires connected behind the wall to an electrical outlet. The second option is to mount the letters onto a raceway, which is a fabricated aluminum extrusion that is typically 8"x8"x4" in size. The letters are mounted to the raceway and the wires are connected there. The third option is to mount the letters onto a flat sign board.

2. Reverse Channel Letters
Reverse channel letters, also known as halo-lit or back-lit channel letters, are a type of fabricated aluminum channel letters that have an open back and a solid aluminum face. They are mounted away from the wall and usually made from aluminum or stainless steel, with a translucent acrylic back.
LED lights are mounted behind the letters, shining onto the wall behind them, creating a halo or glow effect around the letters. This effect is why they are also known as halo-lit channel letters. The light is directed away from the viewer, which creates a shadow effect on the wall behind the letters.
Reverse channel letters are usually illuminated with LED lighting, which is energy-efficient, long-lasting, and provides bright and uniform illumination. They can be customized with different fonts, sizes, and colors, making them suitable for a wide range of businesses and industries. They are popular for their elegant and sophisticated look and ability to stand out in both daytime and nighttime settings.
